I have had sod installed in Northern Colorado and in the past, I was pleased with the work and the outcome. However, after having sod installed in my residence in Fort Collins by Korby Sod, I have to say that the result far exceeded my expectations. First, the quality of the sod was superb. The crew arrived in a timely fashion and took ample time to prepare the area, removing weeds, adding mulch, leveling the land, etc. The prep work was far better than what I have seen from other installers. Next, the sod was laid according to the plan that I described, except that, the expert sod layers made the finished product look better than I had drawn. I cannot express how pleased my family and friends are with the result! It looks like Disneyland. Now, we need to add mulch and other landscaping features around the grassy areas to create a finished look. We will have to up our game to match the quality that Korby Sod's crew provided. Finally, I want to say that it was a pleasure working with the front office. Kyle was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to the job, and Kyle and his colleagues followed up with me after the job to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I called Korby sod to ask if they had any cut sod available for purchase at their office. Megan the secretary said yes, we had sod but we will have to cut if for you. (I was expecting the sod to be rolled up hanging out at the office for a couple of days.) I ordered 16 rolls to do some patchwork in my lawn. I came out a couple hours later to my freshly cut sod. As most people know laying sod is tricky but having freshly cut sod makes for a better transition to your lawn! Awesome job Korby Sod! A side note- learn from my mistake- don't put Weed and Feed down... it killed 1/3 of my lawn... hence the patchwork...:( Sarah Van Diepen

Korby Sod was amazing to work with. The staff was really informative, nice and patient as I had a lot of questions. They delivered our sod on time and the quality was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality service and a good quality product.

Overall would recommend this company. Was very pleased that I was able to call on Friday and was able to pick it up on Saturday morning for a large order. The price was also much better than a lot of the surrounding farms. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star review is a couple of the sod rolls were not in the best shape and there seemed to be some rolls that have pasture grass instead of the blue grass. The guy who loaded our truck couldn't speak English, so it made it hard to communicate. Was pleased in the end and am enjoying our nice, beautiful back yard!

We called Korby Sod on Monday July 7th to order our sod. We needed it delivered on Thursday the 10th. They told us that they would be able to accommodate that and that it would be delivered in the morning. They were right on time and helped my husband unload all the sod off the pallets. All in all I was impressed with the company all around and our grass looks fantastic!

Had a good experience, very helpful. The sod showed up was in great shape except for a few pieces which had crab grass tuffs in it. Went setting up the appointment they told me their fork lift could fit through a standard gate, but that was not the case. Overall though I'm very happy with the quality of the sod.

I purchased 540 sq ft of sod from Korby Sod, and the product was of very high quality. The staff were very helpful with any questions that I had over the phone. I would recommend their product for anyone in the process of landscaping their home and/or business.

Friendly folks in the office, and very accommodating with my husband's miscalculations of our yard (we had to have not one, not two, but three batches of sod). Their staff were friendly (although we struggled with communication because of a language barrier) and seemed to do good work. Yard prep was pretty good. Overall, a good company and a fair price for the product.
