If you choose to pick up your own sod from our turf farm, the sod rolls must be installed within 24 hours of being cut. Plan your sod pickup accordingly to maximize sod exposure to sun, wind and heat. I was impressed with the customer service at Korby from the get-go. They were very helpful and informative and made sure to explain all the differences between their various blends of grass. We ended up going with the Athletic Blend of bluegrass to finish our back yard. They are very straightforward with their pricing and can let you know right over the phone exactly what you'll be paying for the sod, what delivery will be (delivery costs were very reasonable), and when the sod will be delivered. The sod was fresh-cut the morning of delivery which made a huge difference in how well it's been doing. We had almost no dry edges on the sod even after a couple weeks, and it took root very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to get sod from Korby Sod again - they were super easy to work with, and the sod has been great. We love how our back yard looks! Thank you!
