Hi, My husband's experience with Korby Sod was fantastic. When I first called, everything was explained to me very well. Korby accepted credit cards, which is always a plus, since we don't like to carry cash. My husband said the employees were great to work with. I am from Wyoming and in my area good fresh sod is hard to find and if not timley & expensive to get. So on one of my trips to Colorado I gave Korby Sod a call and with short notice they had new freshly cut sod ready for me to pick up. They even stayed after hours to get me loaded!! We were so pleased with the price and quality a friend had me pick up a second load for them! I even had a small clerical error on my invoice for payment. Had a good experience, very helpful. The sod showed up was in great shape except for a few pieces which had crab grass tuffs in it. Went setting up the appointment they told me their fork lift could fit through a standard gate, but that was not the case. Overall though I'm very happy with the quality of the sod.

I re-landscaped my back yard after moving into my new house in Fort Collins and couldn't decide to re-seed or place new sod. Sod Installation
If you choose to pick up your own sod from our turf farm, the sod rolls must be installed within 24 hours of being cut. Plan your sod pickup accordingly to maximize sod exposure to sun, wind and heat. Prepare a place on your destination site to keep the sod moist and cool while it waits to be installed and have a tarp or cover to protect your sod from heat, wind and sun.
