I have had sod installed in Northern Colorado and in the past, I was pleased with the work and the outcome. However, after having sod installed in my residence in Fort Collins by Korby Sod, I have to say that the result far exceeded my expectations. First, the quality of the sod was superb. The crew arrived in a timely fashion and took ample time to prepare the area, removing weeds, adding mulch, leveling the land, etc. The prep work was far better than what I have seen from other installers. Next, the sod was laid according to the plan that I described, except that, the expert sod layers made the finished product look better than I had drawn. I cannot express how pleased my family and friends are with the result! It looks like Disneyland. Now, we need to add mulch and other landscaping features around the grassy areas to create a finished look. We will have to up our game to match the quality that Korby Sod's crew provided. Finally, I want to say that it was a pleasure working with the front office. Kyle was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to the job, and Kyle and his colleagues followed up with me after the job to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Hi, My husband's experience with Korby Sod was fantastic. When I first called, everything was explained to me very well. Korby accepted credit cards, which is always a plus, since we don't like to carry cash. My husband said the employees were great to work with. I was impressed with the customer service at Korby from the get-go. They were very helpful and informative and made sure to explain all the differences between their various blends of grass. We ended up going with the Athletic Blend of bluegrass to finish our back yard. They are very straightforward with their pricing and can let you know right over the phone exactly what you'll be paying for the sod, what delivery will be (delivery costs were very reasonable), and when the sod will be delivered. The sod was fresh-cut the morning of delivery which made a huge difference in how well it's been doing. We had almost no dry edges on the sod even after a couple weeks, and it took root very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to get sod from Korby Sod again - they were super easy to work with, and the sod has been great. We love how our back yard looks! Thank you!
