If you choose to pick up your own sod from our turf farm, the sod rolls must be installed within 24 hours of being cut. Plan your sod pickup accordingly to maximize sod exposure to sun, wind and heat. Prepare a place on your destination site to keep the sod moist and cool while it waits to be installed and have a tarp or cover to protect your sod from heat, wind and sun.

Friendly folks in the office, and very accommodating with my husband's miscalculations of our yard (we had to have not one, not two, but three batches of sod). Their staff were friendly (although we struggled with communication because of a language barrier) and seemed to do good work. Yard prep was pretty good. Overall, a good company and a fair price for the product.

I called Korby sod to ask if they had any cut sod available for purchase at their office. Megan the secretary said yes, we had sod but we will have to cut if for you. (I was expecting the sod to be rolled up hanging out at the office for a couple of days.) I ordered 16 rolls to do some patchwork in my lawn. I came out a couple hours later to my freshly cut sod. As most people know laying sod is tricky but having freshly cut sod makes for a better transition to your lawn! Awesome job Korby Sod! A side note- learn from my mistake- don't put Weed and Feed down... it killed 1/3 of my lawn... hence the patchwork...:( Sarah Van Diepen

We ordered Korby Vortex sod after discussing the sod options with Kyle. He was very informative and helped us make a great selection. We have had our sod in now for three weeks and it looks wonderful. Our neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. It was growing within the first week after it was installed. I recently installed my own back yard and didnt know anything about planting sod. Kyle was not only helpful in picking out a sod that would best fit the use but they were very helpful and accomodating when picking it up. I ordered the Kentucky Blue Grass and it is beautiful. Also, my neighbor who is a landscaper even commented on the quality of grass and how great it looks! I am very pleased with my experience!
